UFO Sighting in Ottawa [UFO Updates]
Tuesday, 07 February 2012 13:19

<br>I had an interesting call yesterday from a woman who lives in the south part of Ottawa She said that around 1:00 am on Sunday, February 5, 2012, her daughter was standing on their deck when she saw an odd object approaching from the distance. It looked simply like a red LED light at first, and moved at a steady pace towards their house, apparently not far above the trees. It was resolved at first into two red LED lights in tandem, but when it passed directly overhead, the object could clearly be distinguished to be circular in shape and "four townhouses wide." The underside of the object was revealed to look like "a circle with an H inside," dividing the object's lower surface into squares; the red lights were two sides of the H. The object did not have any visible wings or other features; simply a dark object hanging in the air. It seemed to hover briefly then moved off slowly to the northeast. Rather than being silent, the object emitted a loud, droning hum, very unlike helicopters that often flew over the area (as it is the National Capital region). The daughter woke up her mother, who did hear the sound but did not see the object, which by that time had moved off out of sight.
